This listing is for repairing or replacing a chain for a customer who purchased a necklace with Wickedly Mod.  Please note that we will actually replace the chain with a new chain and not "repair" it.  We do not repair/replace necklaces from any other businesses.

Be sure to have an accurate email address as we will send a prepaid mailing label for shipping the necklace back so definitely make sure you have a current email address with your order.   

This total includes the following:
1) New chain replacement
2) Discounted cost of both mailing labels - shipping the necklace back to us for replacement & shipping the necklace back to you.

• MATERIALS: Made with either sterling silver, gold-filled or rose gold-filled. All pieces and components are made with the same materials.
• CHAIN:  Every necklace comes with a 2" extender for additional adjustable length.

We have several different items with different production times. Some items may be shipped separately. PLEASE NOTE: Once orders are placed we cannot cancel or make changes. Printable item sales are FINAL. Jewelry has a limited 30 day warranty.

Delivery Times (USPS* estimated delivery transit times in the US):

Standard Shipping (usually First Class): 3-6 business days
Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days (only form of shipment that has guaranteed delivery time)

*We use USPS (some deliveries use 3rd party carriers such as DHL) and FedEx. Please make sure your orders are going to a secure location. We are not responsible once orders show delivered. Please contact your local post office if you have any missing mail. You will receive a tracking number and sometimes post offices can locate via GPS where that package was delivered.
