If your chain or any component breaks we will repair or replace.
We only replace personalized items if there is an error made by us (from the information provided by the customer within order details) or damaged. We may ask for a photo of item before sending return address label.
We understand you want to love your jewelry (and so do we) and thus if you want to exchange for another piece, you may do so. Please note there is a 35% fee for exchanges since we cannot resell our items. As stated in our return & exchanges policies we do not offer monetary refunds so once you mail your item back to us, you will be given a store credit in form of a WickedlyMod.com gift card for 65% of your original purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable). You will be responsible for shipping your item back to us for any exchange.

Every jewelry order that is sterling silver, gold filled or rose gold filled will come with product care instructions as well as a pro-polish pad for cleaning and an anti-tarnish tab. You can read those product care instructions here as well.
If you would like to send your item to us for cleaning, please contact us so we can send you our address. There will be a shipping fee for us to ship the item back to you.
