Christmas Ordering Information

Orders placed 12/19 - 12/25 will be made and shipped the week of 12/26.  Thank you for all of your support this Christmas season!!

Order by Dates for Christmas Delivery in the US:

  • USPS First Class Mail (this is the free shipping option): must order on or before Thursday, December 14th.
  • USPS Priority Mail: must order on or before Sunday, December 17th
  • USPS Priority Express: Must order on or before Monday, December 18th.
  • Remember you can order rush service for guaranteed processing of 1-2 business days - rush is a service not a shipping choice - you will chose your shipping choice at checkout so if you chose the free shipping option that is 3-5 business days plus 1-2 business day processing you purchased.  Recommended purchase is priority mail or express.

Production Time: Approximately 3-5 business days (this may change the closer we get to Christmas)*

Shipping Time: Determined at checkout.  

Ordering Deadlines: These dates below guarantee delivery before Christmas in the United States.  After December 1st, if you have a specific date you need your order, you may want to contact us first for instructions as we can't guarantee a specific date - only that you will receive your order in time for Christmas Day.  You are welcome to purchase RUSH SERVICE to guarantee delivery date.

    Please note these dates above may change at any time depending on our order volume and progress we are making.  We don't like unhappy customers and want everyone to LOVE opening up their Wickedly Mod jewelry from their loved ones on the special day!!

    Product Care: Care instructions are sent with each order.  All items are packaged inside a Wickedly Mod gift box.  Your jewelry will be placed in an anti-tarnish pouch for you to keep your beautiful jewelry inside while not wearing.

    Our personalized items are laser engraved and created just for YOU.  Please note these items are handcrafted and made upon order in the order they are received.  Shipping time is NOT included in the production time.

    When you place your order, please remember to provide all details requested for customization.  If any information is missing, this may delay your order further.

    TO DETERMINE WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE:

    PRODUCTION TIME (3 - 7 business days) + SHIPPING TIME (you choose at checkout) = Estimate Arrival Time

    For instance, if you purchase an item and then chose Priority shipping, your order will arrive in approximately 10 business days or less.

    PRODUCTION TIME (3 - 7) business days + SHIPPING TIME (2 - 3 business days) = 5 - 10 business days for your order to arrive at your door.

    KEY POINTS:

    • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
    • USPS is our shipping method
    • Free shipping for US is First Class 3-5 business days, Priority Mail 2-3 business days, and Express Mail 1-2 business days
    • Link to your shipping/tracking information will be sent via email once it is shipped
    • International orders - First class is 2-6 weeks, Priority & Express mail depends on location (you are welcome to contact us before ordering for an estimate of time for International Priority & Express shipping)
    • If you create an account, you can log in and see all information for your order.
    • Our normal processing time is 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS; however this may be changed during high ordering times especially during the month before and month of Mother's Day and Christmas.  All changes will be made here to current production time.
    • Your ship date may be in the future approximately 1-2 business days as during high volume seasons we print shipping labels as we are assembling and packaging your order.  You can track your package at any time using the link below.  Please note USPS can take about 24-48 hours from date of actual shipment for tracking results to appear.  Some International orders may not track out of the United States but you will have a tracking number you can use with your own postal service to inquire there.
