Dropshipping Terms
Within this agreement, you must agree to the following:
- You must be registered and approved by Wickedly Mod Inc prior to offering any of our products.
- Your company must be a valid business with a brick or mortar or website store. Selling on auction sites such as Ebay and Amazon are prohibited.
- You must have valid resale license number and able to reproduce a copy of your license at any time if requested. All Texas accounts must provide a copy of your license.
- You must agree NOT to sell below our retail prices. You are welcome to sell above our prices for more profit. Prices are subject to change at any time due to fluctuating market costs.
- Any discount or special offers on our website DO NOT apply to dropshipping accounts.
- Payment for your order must be received at the time of purchase. We do not accept CODs.
- You must agree NOT to reproduce or copy any of our designs. You are welcome to use our photos on your website to display our products. You may purchase items and take photos with your own background as desired but we will not take photos with backgrounds just for your website.
- You agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will remake any personalized item if it is our error with the information provided at the time of order. Phone orders are not accepted to ensure all personalization is correct.
- Agree that Item Availability, Pricing and Discounts can change without notice.
- Wickedly Mod Inc reserves the right to deny or cancel any dropshipping membership for any reason and at any time we deem necessary.
