We are very proud of our designs and stand behind our Wickedly Mod products. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 7 business days* from order delivery
*if purchased over Mother's Day or Christmas holiday as a gift, we extend this to 7 business days after the holiday
We accept most major forms of payment such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If making a payment through your bank account via PayPal (e-check), please note your order will be processed once payment has cleared.
All sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. All orders shipped to Texas will be charged the 8.25% sales tax.
Jewelry will be packaged in our signature Wickedly Mod gift boxes. We package all items with love and careful attention.
Our personalized items are laser crafted and created just for YOU. There are no refunds for any personalized items. Each item will have the description of what is included as well as photos of our design, our fonts, crystals, etc. Please note these items are handcrafted and made upon order in the order they are received. Shipping time is NOT included in the production time. We do often make announcements on our current production on our Wickedly Mod Facebook page during high peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc).
When you place your order, please remember to provide all details requested for customization. If information is missing, this may delay your order further.
We also tend to work fairly quickly. If there are any changes to your order after we have personalized your item, you will incur a 25% remake fee of original product purchase price plus any price different for new item desired (if different from original product purchased).
If there are any errors (from the information provided by the customer within order details), we will be happy to correct that error at our expense. You can find more information on our Returns & Exchanges page.
If you have purchased a necklace or bracelet and the chain has broken, we have a 30 day guarantee and will repair or exchange your chain at no cost to you. A photo of the damage may be asked to show the damage for our insurance. We will ask that you return your original necklace or bracelet so we can exchange or repair. We cannot send any replacement until the original has arrived. We will send you a prepaid mailing label for you to print with a RMA number so you can send the broken necklace or bracelet back to us. If this happens after our 30 days guarantee, we will let you know of the repair costs at the time.
A product care instructions card will be included with your sterling silver, gold filled or rose gold filled order. It is very important to follow these instructions to ensure your jewelry is p properly cared for.
Quality and Value
We create most of our jewelry using sterling silver, gold filled or rose gold filled pieces unless indicated (some items may be created with plated materials, stainless steel, copper, or brass). Due to the ever fluctuating metal market, prices are subject to change. We aim to product top quality products along with superior customer service.
