We truly want you to love your items and over the last several years have had a consistent 5 star rating on Etsy (our original shop since 2009) for own WickedlyMod designed items. The following information will help you with any return/exchange situations.

If you have a personalized item, please contact us within 7 business days from order delivery* if there are any mistakes or issues with the item.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer monetary refunds for any jewelry items (see list above) on our website. Most of our WickedlyMod items are handmade and thus cannot be sold again to another customer. We truly want you to love your jewelry and have had many customers over the years tell us that they have been wearing their special pieces every day since their purchase. That is our ultimate goal - for you to wear your jewelry piece for years. We do offer photos and examples of our items on each listing to help you in determining which style, metal and engraving (if applicable) you desire.
We do have a 30 day limited warranty on our jewelry:
If your chain or any component breaks we will repair or replace.
We only replace personalized items if there is an error made by us (from the information provided by the customer within order details) or damaged. We may ask for a photo of item before sending return address label.
We understand you want to love your jewelry (and so do we) and thus if you want to exchange for another piece, you may do so. Please note there is a 35% fee for exchanges since we cannot resell our items. As stated we do not offer monetary refunds so once you mail your item back to us, you will be given a store credit in form of a WickedlyMod.com gift card for 65% of your original purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable). You will be responsible for shipping your item back to us for any exchange.
If you purchased the wrong size chain for WickedlyMod original designed jewelry items, a rework fee will be required, cost of chain and shipping cost. If it is a shorter length it may just require rework; however if it is longer we will need to create a new chain for your necklace thus you will need to purchase a new chain. We do attach a 2" chain extender to all necklaces so hopefully you don't need to purchase a new chain or rework unless you need a shorter length. Please contact us so we can direct you on what to purchase depending on the work/lengths that needs to be completed. Please note we cannot alter any jewelry that is not designed by us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you need additional work done to it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your item is returned to us due to an error in shipping address provided to us by the customer, the customer will be responsibility for purchase of new shipping fee.
SENDING THE ITEM BACK
Even though your order may have had free shipping, it it is not free shipping for you to return your item back to us. You will need to purchase shipping at your local post office or postal service to return your items as below:
